Our Verdict:

10Bet can’t quite match the very biggest brands around, such as Bet365, William Hill, and Ladbrokes. That said, it runs them close in most key areas, and remains an excellent and proven sports betting site. 10Bet excels in some of the most important respects. The betting market selection, for example, is fantastic, and the odds for those markets are strong. There’s also a nice range of special offers, a good choice of payment options, and solid customer support. The mobile apps are also excellent, and 10Bet’s track record reassures you that you’re using a legitimate and trustworthy brand.

We didn’t find much to criticise during our testing of 10Bet. We’d like to see live streaming included, of course, but this is hardly a deal-breaker. The welcome offer won’t appeal to everybody, but – again – we didn’t dislike it by any means.

Strengths:

  • Vast range of betting markets to choose between
  • Helpful and responsive 24/7 customer support
  • Excellent track record, going back to 2003
  • Nice choice of payment options, plus fast payouts
  • Very good mobile betting apps, for iOS and Android devices

Weaknesses:

  • No live streaming in place
  • Welcome offers won’t suit everybody
  • Not the widest range of ongoing promotions

Intro

10Bet is actually one of the more established online sportsbooks in the UK, having been around since 2003. Despite this, it’s still not exactly a household name, compared to the likes of Bet365 and Betway which launched around the same time.

In our comprehensive 10Bet review, we’re going to assess whether it’s finally time to start judging this brand as a top-level bookie. Read on to learn everything you need to know about 10Bet’s betting markets, special offers, mobile features, and plenty more besides.

Sign Up offer

Like all good sportsbooks, 10Bet has a welcome offer in place. In this case, however, it’s something a bit different. Most UK bookies nowadays use ‘Bet and Get’ sign up bonuses. 10Bet, however, has a ‘Deposit Match’ offer instead. In this case, you’ll get a 50% match on your first deposit with the brand, up to a maximum of £50.

Here are the main terms and conditions for the deal:

Notable terms and conditions

  • New customers only, 18+
  • Must use code PLAY10
  • First deposit must be £15 or more (Skrill and Neteller ineligible)
  • Receive 50% match, up to maximum of £50
  • 8x rollover requirement for deposit + bonus amount
  • Min odds of 4/5 on singles, and 2/5 per selection on multiples, for rollover
  • Must complete rollover within 60 days of first deposit
  • Bet type restrictions apply to rollover (see full T&Cs)

How to claim your welcome bonus

Like all Deposit Match deals, 10Bet’s version is easy enough to claim. Here are the few steps you must take to do so.

  • Create your 10Bet account (see next section for full instructions)
  • Make a deposit of at least £15, with the promo code PLAY10, and not using Skrill or Neteller
  • Automatically receive your 50% bonus
  • Bet through your deposit + bonus amount 8x. If you deposit £20, for example, and receive a £10 bonus, you must bet through £240 (£30 x 8).
  • Make sure you complete the rollover requirement within 60 days
  • You are now free to withdraw any bonus winnings

This welcome offer won’t appeal to everybody. The maximum bonus amount of £50 does make this one of the bigger such deals on the market right now. The obvious drawback, however, is the 8x rollover requirement. On the plus-side, you’re given a generous two months to complete this, and the minimum requirements as you do so are reasonable.

Registering an account

Even by modern-day standards, the registration process on 10Bet is incredibly straightforward. Here are the few easy steps you must take to get started.

  • Go to the Home Page
    10bet registration

As we’ll see later, 10Bet has excellent mobile apps available. For the purposes of this guide we’ll assume you’re simply using the desktop version. If you are using the app, however, the process is basically the same way. Either way, you’re going to begin by bringing up the 10Bet home page.

  • Create Your Account
    0bet personal info page

Get the ball rolling by hitting the big Join Now button in the top-right corner. You must then complete a three-stage signup process. This will involve providing a series of personal details (your name, date of birth, home address, and so on), then setting the username and password for your account. Once all that’s done, just agree to the site-wide terms and conditions and finish creating your account.

  • Make a Deposit
    10bet deposit

Use the login details you just set to access your new account, then click the green Deposit button in the top menu. Use the dropdown menu to pick which method you want to use, then enter a monetary value plus the necessary payment information. Remember that – if you want to claim the welcome bonus – you should enter the code PLAY10 now too before confirming your payment.

  • Start Betting
    10bet betting

With your account created and funded, you can now begin betting. Just use the left-hand menu to choose the sport you want to bet on, then find a specific matchup. Click the odds next to a particular bet type to add that selection to your betslip. Finally, within your betslip, set a stake before confirming the wager.

Ongoing Promotions

As noted, 10Bet’s welcome offer won’t necessarily be to everyone’s tastes. We doubt, however, that anyone will take issue with the ongoing promotions here. Technically the quantity isn’t amazing, but the actual quality is definitely sky-high. Here’s a quick rundown of the three main existing customer offer types you can use.

Acca Boosts

Successful accumulators will already give you some big winnings. You can ramp these up to a new level, however, with 10Bet’s accumulator boosts. Better yet, these are available for the two biggest betting sports in the UK – football and horse racing. The football version kicks in when you create an acca with 3+ selections, at minimum odds of 1/2 per selection. If the bet comes through, you’ll get a boost to your winnings. This starts at 5% for three selections, increases to 10% for four, and so on, all the way up to 100% for a 15-folds. The maximum bonus is also nice and high, at £5,000, and – since it’s given as cash – there’s no rollover requirement.

The horse racing acca bonus works in basically the same way. Again, your accas needs to be 3+ selections and with minimum odds of 1/2 per selection. The sizes of the boosts also ramp up by the same amounts as with the football version, and – again – your maximum bonus is a mighty £5,000.

Free Bet Offers

Free bets are always worth targeting, since they can still deliver real money winnings while sparing your account balance. 10Bet gives you multiple ways to claim these handy tokens. These deals are basically always event-specific. At the time of writing, for example, the Conference League Final is upcoming, and the French Open is ongoing. 10Bet has two separate free bet offers in place – one for each competition. Each of them will award you with a £5 free bet, in exchange for placing a certain volume of wagers. The minimum odds for these are fair, and the deals themselves are extremely well explained.

Cash Bonus Offers

The only real drawbacks with free bets are that you don’t get your stake back with any winnings, and that you obviously can’t withdraw them without using them. That’s why cash is always preferable as a reward, and 10Bet also has two deals in place to pay you out in real money. Again, these are event-specific deals. Right now they relate to the Champions League Final and the Euros Qualifiers, but 10Bet does a great job of bringing in new offers to pair with other competitions. Similarly to the free bet deals, the cash offers right now will give you £5 if you place a certain amount of wagers. The minimum odds are similarly fair, although you will need to wager more money here (in exchange for a superior bonus).

Betting Markets and bet types

For all its fancy features and special offers, a sportsbook – in the long term – will live and die on the strength of its betting markets. In this case, we’re pleased to say that – whatever your own betting preferences – you’ll likely find them satisfied with 10Bet. In total, we counted an impressive 26 different sports available to wager on with 10Bet. That’s not including the likes of politics and special markets, which are also available, nor the virtual sports section.

Let’s take a look at how 10Bet stacks up when it comes to the very biggest sports around. Here’s a quick overview of some of the main bet types you can use for these marquee markets.

The likes of football and horse racing dominate here, as you’d expect. The former has the most markets on the platform, by an absolute mile. These include vast tournament coverage, and a massive selection of pre-match, in-play, and outright markets. 10Bet’s racing section is also impressive though, including not only UK and Irish courses, but international action from Europe, North America, Australia, and elsewhere.

In addition to those heavy hitters, there are over two dozen other sports represented here. The eSports section is particularly good, covering an exceptionally wide range of games and competitions. Here are just a few of the other noteworthy markets you’ll find in place:

All told, this is an absolutely fantastic market selection. While not the very biggest around, it easily belongs on the same level as the very best sportsbooks in the UK.

Betting Odds

Even if you find a bookie with a great market selection, that’s only half the story. The quality of the actual odds for those markets is also key to your potential for profits, but we’re pleased to say this won’t be a worry for you on 10Bet. The prices you’re given here are competitive to say the least. That’s the case with both regular pre-match markets, and with live in-play ones. We confirmed this in each case by doing the hard work for you. Specifically, we took 10Bet’s prices for some of the biggest matchups around, and compared them to the odds offered by some of its main competitors. In every case, 10Bet was at least in-line with those other brands, and occasionally surpassed them.

Where 10Bet disappointed us slightly is in its lack of boosted odds. There don’t appear to be any enhanced prices from 10Bet itself, nor are you given any tokens with which to boost odds for yourself.

Betting Features

We wouldn’t necessarily describe 10Bet as a feature-packed platform, especially compared to the likes of Bet365, William Hill, and so on. That being said, 10Bet does provide you with a nice little selection of tools, which alternately help you win wagers, or simply make your betting life easier. Here are some of the most noteworthy examples.

In-Play betting

We’ll say up front that 10Bet does not have live streaming, which may disappoint some of you. That said, it does have the other key live betting features. Most importantly, you can indeed place live wagers here. Not only that, but the odds you’re given are fair, and the live 10Bet betting tool itself is highly responsive. There’s also a decent visualisation tool, which somewhat excuses the lack of streaming, and you’re also given a very good selection of live statistics.

More bookies with in-play feature

Cash Out Betting

The ability to cash out wagers is the other half of the live betting equation, and 10Bet steps up to the plate here too. There is a cash out tool in place, which can be used on the vast majority of markets. Like the bet placement tool it is pleasingly responsive, and we also found it reliable, in the sense that – unlike with other brands – ‘black outs’ are not a common issue.

Bet Builder

Creating same-game multiples used to be a fiddly process, but bet builders have largely solved that problem. 10Bet does have a bet builder in place, and it’s actually one of the better ones we’ve used. To activate this tool, just go into an appropriate market (e.g. an upcoming football matchup) and tick the Bet Builder option. You will automatically only be shown markets eligible for use with the tool. You can then add and remove these selections with ease, with your odds updating accordingly, and – once you’re happy – set your stake and confirm your multiples bet.

Fast Markets

In addition to placing regular live wagers, you’ll also find ‘Fast Markets’ on this platform. This is basically 10Bet’s take on pulse betting. As usual, it involves making bets on events that are going to happen in the extremely near future, such as the next five or 10 minutes. Obviously you’re taking a big risk when placing bets for such a narrow time frame. The odds you’re offered, however, still make these markets an intriguing proposition.

Statistics

It’s not just live statistics you’ll find on 10Bet. This bookie also does a great job of helping inform your pre-match betting, thanks to a bevy of other statistics. With a single click on the relevant button for an upcoming football match, for example, you can look at each side’s form, their head to head record, their top goalscorers, and more.

Mobile App

10Bet’s main desktop platform is modern, streamlined, and generally user-friendly. If you prefer to bet on-the-go, however, you’re equally well-served here. 10Bet has mobile betting apps available for both iOS and Android users. These can be downloaded straight from the App Store and Google Play respectively.

In both cases, you’ll find all of the same betting markets, special offers, customer service options, and so on, as you do on the main website. 10Bet has done an excellent job, though, of reconfiguring the layout of its interface for smaller screen sizes. The main menu is moved to the bottom, for example, while your other options can be accessed via the single tap of a button in the upper-right corner. The performance levels are also excellent here, and we experienced not only no crashing, but barely a hint of lag during testing for this 10Bet betting review.

For more info on downloading betting apps, visit our mobile betting app page.

Customer Support

10Bet is a highly polished and professional platform. Use it for long enough, however, and you’re bound to have an enquiry sooner or later. When this does happen, you’ll be dealt with quickly and helpfully here. There are three main ways to get in touch: phone, email, and – most importantly – live chat. We tried the latter during our testing, and received a swift, friendly, and informative response. Better still, support is available 24/7 here.

Elsewhere, while 10Bet doesn’t technically have an FAQ section, there are quite a few articles in place which answer most common questions anyway. You can check these out easily to learn about payments, account verification, and more.

Deposit/Withdrawal Options

You have seven choices when it comes to making payments here, representing plenty of choice. These include not only traditional methods (like debit card and bank transfer), but also eWallets, a prepaid card, and a mobile-only option. Basically, every major box is ticked here. Elsewhere, we found the minimum amounts for deposits to be fine, and the minimum £1 withdrawal is fantastic. Payouts are also processed nice and quickly, and no fees are attached.

Payment Method Minimum Deposit Minimum Withdrawal Processing Time
Debit Card £10 £1 1-2 working days
Trustly £10 £1 1-2 working days
PayPal £10 £1 1-2 working days
Apple Pay £10 N/A N/A
Neteller £10 £1 1-2 working days
Skrill £10 £1 1-2 working days
Paysafecard £10 N/A N/A

10Bet in the Media

10Bet is definitely one of the older bookies on the fast-paced UK betting market. It launched all the way back in 2003, but – unlike many other sportsbooks – has remained private throughout this time, rather than merging with any other brands.

Nowadays it holds licenses with a variety of authorities, including those in the UK, Ireland, Malta, and Sweden. It has a reported 1 million registered users, and has won awards for design and branding. It has sponsored various football teams, including West Brom and Blackburn Rovers, and has also licensed famous players to become brand ambassadors.
